Sur la plage des Chenes Lieges a Moliets, les cours intermediaires travaillent la prise de vitesse sur le mur, la lecture de vague, et le virage au bon endroit – ni trop tot, ni trop tard. On integre aussi l’utilisation des courants de baines pour rejoindre le large en depensant le moins d’energie possible, une vraie compétence sur les
plages landaises. Suivi vidéo inclus pour identifier en direct ce qui bloque.
Groupes tries par niveau réel, 8 éleves maximum par moniteur diplôme d’État.

What I will learn
- Reading the Landes waves and choosing the right peaks
- Improving my take-off timing and generating speed
- Riding frontside and backside with commitment
- First bottom turn and beginning of basic manoeuvres
- Positioning myself at the peak with confidence
Teaching objectives
I surf green waves in the right direction and learn basic manoeuvres to make the most of each wave. I gain confidence and improve my ocean knowledge. I perfect my paddling, my standing position and begin to read the waves (left/right). I work on speed and board control in all situations.
How it works
- Welcome & selection of equipment based on conditions
- Selection of the optimal spot (swell, tides, sandbars)
- Warm-up and entry into water — 8 students max
- Personalised coaching in the water
- Debriefing + optional photos at end of session
